A matching-shirt order is easiest when one person keeps the design, sizes, personalizations and delivery date in one place. Use this guide to plan shirts for a wedding weekend, family trip or group celebration before anyone checks out.
1. Decide how closely you want to match
One print for everyone gives a group photo a consistent look. Choose the exact same product and color, then let each person select their size. A shared palette lets people choose different prints while keeping the group coordinated: agree on two or three colors and a trouser or shorts color first.

2. Collect measurements before collecting sizes
Ask everyone to open the size chart on the exact product they will order. A familiar letter size from another brand is only a starting point. For children, use current measurements rather than choosing solely by age.
If the chart lists garment measurements, compare it with a similar button-front shirt that already fits comfortably. Button the shirt, lay it flat without stretching it, and measure the chest width and length using the chart's measuring points. A flat chest width is not the same as a chest circumference. If the chart lists body measurements, measure the person instead.
For a large order, consider buying one sample first and allowing time to receive and try it on. Check the shoulders, chest when sitting, and movement with arms forward. This is especially helpful when the group is choosing a shirt style they have not worn before.
3. Keep one final order list
Use one row per wearer. Keep personal measurements in your private planning sheet; share only the information needed to place the order.

Count the total twice: once by wearer and once by size. For example, a ten-person group ordering one shirt each must total ten across all size quantities. Give the list a final version date so an older message does not accidentally replace someone's size choice.
4. Check every personalized version
Browse personalized Hawaiian shirts if your group wants a face, pet or custom text. Available customization differs by product, so choose the design before promising a particular layout to everyone.
On the Custom Face Photo shirt, select the type, pocket option and size, then use Select Image. Adjust the image position or zoom and choose Preview Your Personalization. Inspect the full face, crop and placement. Background removal may take 20–30 seconds according to the upload instructions.
When different people need different photos or text, prepare and check each version separately. Before paying, compare the cart's sizes, options and quantities with your final list. If any customization is unclear or missing, contact us before completing the order.
5. Plan around the date you leave
Shirts need to arrive before departure, not just before the celebration. If the group travels on different dates, use the earliest departure as your planning deadline.
Our shirts are made to order. The shipping policy currently lists 2–4 days for production, plus estimated shipping of 7–14 days for standard delivery or 3–6 days for express delivery, depending on destination and the service available. Personalized work or modifications can add design time. Production and shipping are separate, and delivery estimates are not guarantees.
Allow extra time for a sample, fit checks, design questions and unexpected transit delays. Express delivery does not remove production or design time. For an event deadline, send us your destination, quantity, product links and need-in-hand date before ordering so we can discuss the timing.
