Shipping rates

Shipping options and the final charge are shown at checkout based on your order and delivery destination. For orders weighing up to 0.5 kg, standard shipping is $7.99 USD and express shipping is $27.99 USD where available. Heavier orders use different weight bands; shipping is not a flat charge per additional item.

Production and delivery estimates

Our items are made to order. Please allow 2–4 days for production, followed by the estimated transit time for your chosen service:

  • Standard shipping: 7–14 days in transit.
  • Express shipping: 3–6 days in transit, using DHL or FedEx where available.

Production time is additional to transit time. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. These timeframes are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Your destination, customs processing, seasonal demand and carrier delays may affect delivery. Personalized designs or requested modifications may require additional design time.

Track your order

We will email a tracking link when your order ships. Tracking may take 5–7 days to show the carrier's first scan. Visit Track Your Order to follow your shipment.

If tracking has not updated or your estimated arrival date has passed, contact cs@hawaiianprint.com with your order number. We can investigate delivery issues. See our Refund & Returns Policy for missing-order, replacement and refund conditions.

Delivery address and order changes

Please check your delivery address and email carefully at checkout. Missing or incorrect details can delay delivery. Contact us as soon as possible if an address needs correcting; see our Cancellation & Modification Policy for the 2-hour change window.

A re-shipping fee applies when an order must be resent because the delivery address you supplied was incorrect. If a carrier marks your parcel delivered but you cannot find it, check the delivery details and contact us for assistance. Carrier delivery errors are handled under our Refund & Returns Policy.
